When you order commercial imagery through EO Router without BYOK, we pay the provider on your behalf at their wholesale API rate and add a flat 2.5% on top. There are no hidden markups. For example, if a Planet scene costs €50, you pay €51.25 total.
Register your own Planet, ICEYE, Airbus or other provider API key in Dashboard → BYO Credentials. EO Router uses your key — your existing contract pricing applies and the provider bills you separately. We charge only a routing fee:

No. EO Credits never expire. They remain in your balance indefinitely until consumed. There is no monthly minimum spend.
Search and metadata access for open data is always free. A flat €0.50 delivery fee applies per order when you request files to be delivered to your S3, GCS, or Azure bucket.
Tasking orders use a priority multiplier on top of the archive rate. Standard priority (~5–7 day window) is ~1.5–2×, priority (~2–3 days) is ~3–4×, rush (<24h) is ~5–6×. You see the price estimate before confirming. Feasibility checks are free.
The Starter plan gives permanent free access to Sentinel-2, Sentinel-1, Landsat and NASA CMR with no time limit. For commercial data, add credits on a pay-as-you-go basis — there is no minimum purchase.
New commercial orders will be rejected with a
402 Insufficient Credits error. Active subscriptions pause auto-ordering. Sentinel and open data orders continue unaffected. Top up at any time from Dashboard → Credits & Billing.Yes. The €25/month plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled from your dashboard at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing month with no cancellation fees.
Volume discounts are available on the Enterprise plan through annual contracts. For very high data volumes on Professional, contact us at info@x-ender.com — we can often negotiate custom rates with providers.
Yes. EO Router is operated by X-ENDER Space s.r.o. (EU VAT registered). All transactions generate a VAT-compliant invoice downloadable from billing history. EU businesses can supply their VAT number for reverse-charge.
ITAR-controlled collections (primarily Maxar WorldView-3 at sub-50 cm) require an End User Declaration (EUD) on file. This is handled during Enterprise onboarding and typically takes 2–5 business days. Not available on Starter or self-serve Professional.
