1. Data We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your country code, company name, and VAT number. When you use the platform, we store your search queries, orders, API keys (hashed), credentials (encrypted), and billing information. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide the EO Router service: authenticating your account, processing imagery orders, managing subscriptions, routing webhooks, and billing. We use your country code to enforce export control compliance (e.g., ITAR restrictions on certain satellite imagery). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
When you place orders, we share necessary information with satellite imagery providers (e.g., Planet, Airbus, Maxar, ICEYE, Capella, BlackSky, Umbra) to fulfil your requests. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.
4. Data Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Provider credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. API keys are bcrypt-hashed and the full key is shown only once at creation. All API traffic is served over HTTPS. Webhook signing secrets are encrypted at rest.
5. Data Retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Order history and transaction records are kept for accounting and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
